Het is tijd om het nieuwe werkjaar van Document@work op passende wijze in te luiden. Het is ons dan ook een bijzonder genoegen om u uit te nodigen op onze Nieuwjaarscocktail.
Het is een ideale gelegenheid om elkaar terug te zien in een ongedwongen sfeer maar ook in een uitzonderlijk decor aangezien dit event doorgaat in een historisch en idyllisch deel van Brabant, vlak bij de vermaarde ruines van de abdij van Villers-la-Ville.
De cocktail wordt voorafgegaan door een presentatie door de heer Frank Meersseman, Enterprise Content Solutions manager bij Belgacom.

Abstract:
Due to continuous organizational changes, we have constructed 1 single library for "official documents".
The library is the central place for all electronic documents or references to paper documents with the label "official":
1. Documents with a legal & binding value ?
2. Documents that facilitate regular operational activities & processes and are critical to achieving business goals ?
3. Documents with sharing importancy and which would pose security risks if their circulation were not controlled ?
4. Documents in their final version or which are reference material to complete or establish the final version ?
A clear process has been established to identify this content that is furthermore classified in a taxonomy that is non-organizational based. The Legal department as well as senior management plays an important role in the success of the establishment of this library.
